Preparation Time:

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. This timeframe applies from Monday through Sunday for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery Schedule:

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday directly to the address provided at checkout.

If you’ve changed your mind, no problem! You may return any product within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin the return process, simply email us at support@buygemstore.com.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition.
  • Any original manufacturer’s seal must remain intact.
  • The product must show no signs of customer-caused damage or wear.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.

For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Once the returned product reaches our logistics center, Buygemstore will process your refund within 7 business days.

At this time, we are not able to make changes, edits, or product substitutions once an order has been placed.

If you need to cancel, please contact us using any method listed on our Contact Us page.

Refunds are issued once the product has been delivered back to our warehouse and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

We’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Email the images to support@buygemstore.com.
  3. Keep the damaged item until our team provides further instructions.

Without proper documentation, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds, so be sure to send pictures as soon as possible.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, follow these steps for a smooth return:

1. Confirm Eligibility:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

2. Contact Customer Support:

Email us or reach out via our website with your order number, item details, and return reason.

We will verify eligibility and issue a return authorization along with instructions.

3. Prepare the Product:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

4. Include Authorization:

Place the return authorization page inside the package along with a short note explaining the return.

5. Ship the Package:

Send the return to:

Buygemstore is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Notify Us:

Provide your tracking number to our support team so we can monitor the return.

7. Await Confirmation:

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status.

8. Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

If your order is delayed and two days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@buygemstore.com.

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please allow us up to five days to locate the package.

If the courier is unable to find the shipment after five days, the order will be considered lost, and you’ll be eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement order,
    based on your preference.
