Refund policy

If you decide to return an item, Buygemstore offers a 30-day return window beginning the day after your order is delivered. To start a return, simply contact us at support@buygemstore.com — our team will guide you through the process.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All manufacturer seals must remain unbroken.
There should be no signs of damage, wear, or misuse caused by the customer.
The item must be shipped back in its original packaging with all contents included.

Once you reach out to us with your order details and return reason, we’ll provide clear instructions and a return authorization. After the returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it and issue your refund within seven business days.

How to Return an Item

Verify Eligibility
Ensure you are still within 30 days from the date the package was delivered.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return authorization.
Repack the Product
Place the item back in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
The product must not show any signs of use.
Include Authorization
Place the provided return authorization inside the package along with a short note explaining the return.
Ship Securely
Send the product back via a trackable and insured shipping method.
Please note that Buygemstore is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Provide Tracking Info
Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and speed up the process.
Refund Confirmation
After inspection, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, notify us at support@buygemstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return the defective item for either a full refund or a replacement. Return shipping charges are waived for defective or incorrect items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge before a shipping confirmation is sent.
If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Lost Shipments

If your package has not arrived within two days after the listed delivery date, contact our support team.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose either a refund or a replacement.
