Buygemstore offers free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. This applies to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Free shipping covers standard delivery services only; stated delivery windows in this policy still apply.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days for orders placed before 12:00 PM ET.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the ship date. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we do not deliver to collection points.
While we strive to meet stated timelines, Buygemstore is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions).

Missing Orders

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All manufacturer seals must remain unbroken.
There should be no signs of damage, wear, or misuse caused by the customer.
The item must be shipped back in its original packaging with all contents included.
Once you reach out to us with your order details and return reason, we’ll provide clear instructions and a return authorization. After the returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it and issue your refund within seven business days.
How to Return an Item

Ensure you are still within 30 days from the date the package was delivered.

Repack the Product

Ship Securely
Send the product back via a trackable and insured shipping method.
Please note that Buygemstore is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Provide Tracking Info
Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and speed up the process.
Refund Confirmation
After inspection, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, notify us at support@buygemstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return the defective item for either a full refund or a replacement. Return shipping charges are waived for defective or incorrect items.
Order Cancellation

Lost Shipments
